Once again, voters in the South Sound said they want a voice in Congress who is committed to delivering results over making headlines, and bipartisan progress over extremism.
It is an honor to be chosen by South Sound voters to continue representing them in Congress. I’m grateful to all of our campaign’s supporters who made phone calls, knocked on doors, sent text messages, talked to their neighbors, and voted.
Whether you voted for me or not, please know my team and I are here to listen to you and to serve you.
While we don’t know the outcome of the presidential election and who will hold the majority in Congress, we must respect the voters’ will and the rule of law. I am grateful to the poll workers around the country to help ensure free and fair elections all across our nation. Political violence is unacceptable and a shame on our country. We must trust the will of the voters and honor the integrity of our free and fair elections.
